Overview

Recent years have seen New Balance develop rapidly to a global superbrand. Our task was to excite the sales and marketing teams in new ways of storytelling; bringing to life everything from business updates to product marketing stories.

When New Balance first approached us in 2014, they were looking to create a unique and memorable International Sales Event in London for 350 delegates. They needed an experience that would communicate the company's key marketing messages, allow partners to interact with their new product range and ultimately immerse delegates in the world of the consumer. Working closely with the client we created a unique, interactive experience that left delegates engaged and motivated for the year to come.

Since then, we have forged a strong relationship with New Balance, supporting their expanding sales and marketing team across global territories. Since 2014, we have delivered three further events - in Vancouver, Boston and, most recently, Atlanta. Adventure is at the heart of our event design and we continue to push boundaries, refusing to settle on safe ground.

We understand that we have to achieve a number of goals with these events. They are a rare opportunity when New Balance employees and partners come together to share the success and development of the brand. They are a chance to publicly recognise high-achievement, also inspire teams to look to the future, providing insight into New Balance's technical enhancements, seasonal changes and the marketing efforts that will support new products.

In order to drive these messages home, we design each event to be immersive, giving delegates a first-hand understanding the consumer mindset. A high-energy fashion show that launches the season with a bang, showcasing the product through the lens of the targeted consumer groups. Environmental touch points help delegates understand what inspires its target audience. Dynamic, competitive activities bring to life the needs of young, aspiring consumers.

New Balance remain a client to this day, trusting us to deliver detail, direction and energy to its global network.
