JANISE DIAZ

According to Coco Chanel ‘a girl should be two things: Classy and Fabulous’, and a good pair of shoes can achieve both. Wearing fabulous heels has always been one of my passions. You cannot walk in heels without confidence or purpose. Wearing heels compels me to stand straight, to hold my own, and to handle my business. I cannot be in heels and hide behind the crowd. Indubitably, exquisite shoes must be paired with equally fabulous attire. It says, ‘this is my brand.’ That is DELIVERING EXCEPTIONAL.

Janise joined the Swan and Dolphin Hotel, Orlando, in 2001. As a true foodie, she held several leadership positions within food & beverage operations, preceded by an all-encompassing experience in Guest Services, Front Office, and Housekeeping. This broad experience propelled her to land the role of Associate Director of Catering & Event Management at the Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa, Hollywood in 2013. Recently, she re-joined the Swan and Dolphin team as Assistant Director of Banquets. Janise believes her continuous endeavour to learn is driven by her passion to deliver exceptional service and superior food & beverage experiences.
