Caroline Popham

Eight months of gruelling training had led to this day. As an all-girl dragon boat crew, The Sisterhood, we set off from Dover against our rivals, The Brotherhood. As France appeared through the haze we pushed hard. But it was the Brotherhood who reached the beach first - they had just beaten us. As we beached our boat there were hugs and tears. But not of sadness at losing the race. These were joyful tears at our achievement, and the knowledge that we had pulled together as a team to accomplish something incredible. That is DELIVERING EXCEPTIONAL.

Caroline joined Nteractive in 2015 with a wealth of strategic marketing and communications experience. Over the years, Caroline has worked for leading agencies such as George P. Johnson and Weber Shandwick, and brands including Audi and the Emirates Airline Festival of Literature. She is passionate about messing about in boats and the power of working together with clients and colleagues as a team.
